BREAKFAST CASSEROLE
4 slices bread
1-lb sausage
6-eggs
1-tsp mustard
1-tsp salt
2 cups milk
2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded
Tear the slices of bread and place in bottom of 13 x 9 inch baking dish. Brown and drain the sausage and sprinkle on top of the bread. Beat eggs with fork; add salt and milk. Pour over sausage and bread. Be sure every piece of bread and sausage are covered. Sprinkle chees on to. Either bake at 350 for 42 min. or cover and refrigerate until morning to cook. (this makes a large dish and is great for overnight company) New Error
