PIZZA
SPAGHETTI
1-
one pound box spaghetti
2-
one quart jars of spaghetti sauce
1-
large green pepper, chopped
2-
four and one-half oz jars of sliced mushrooms, drained
2-
three cup packages of shredded mozzarella cheese
2-
large onions, chopped
2-
pounds sausage or beef or mixed
2-
packages pepperoni
1.
Cook meat, drain grease and set aside
2.
Saute onions and green peppers
3.
Cook spaghetti according to directions
4.
Mix above with sauce and mushrooms
5.
Pour into two 9 X 13 pans
6.
Top with cheese, followed by pepperoni
7.
Bake at 350 until cheese melts and casserole is heated through.
May be made up ahead of time and frozen. (Sandy Durham ??)
NOTE: THIS RECIPE MAKES A DOUBLE BATCH
Also, add some red pepper
flakes and Italian Seasoning to the saute.
