Sweet Potato Casserole

 

1-large can sweet potatoes, drained                   1-1/2 cups milk

½ stick margarine/butter (softened)                    2 eggs                 

1-cup sugar                       1-teaspoon cinnamon

¼ -teaspoon allspice    ¼-teaspoon nutmeg

 

In a blender add milk and potatoes; mix smooth. Add eggs, softened margarine/butter, sugar and spices. Blend well. Pour into 10-in baking dish.

Topping

½ cup flour        ½ cup sugar      ½ cup pecans (chopped)            ½ stick margarine/butter (softened)

Mix topping ingredients with fork. Sprinkle on top of potato mixture. Bake at 375 deg for 35 to 40 minutes.
