Rice Broccoli Casserole

 

1-cup minute rice, uncooked

1 onion, chopped and sauteed in 2-T butter.

1 can cream of mushroom soup

1/4 cup milk, if needed

1 small jar cheese whiz

1 pkg. chopped frozen broccoli, cooked

Grated cheese for garnish

 

Cook rice (makes about 2-cups) Combine all ingredients and pour into greased casserole. Top with grated cheese. Cook at 325 until bubbly.
