CHOCOLATE BANANA PUDDING PIE

 

4-squares Bakers Semi-Sweet Chocolate               2-Tbs milk

1-Tbs margarine or butter

1 prepared graham cracker crust (9-oz, extra serving size)

2 medium bananas, sliced                 2-3/4 cups cold milk

2- four serving size packages Jello Vanilla or Banana Cream flavor Instant Pudding and pie filling, sugar free

1-1/2 cups thawed Cool Whip Lite Whipped Topping

 

Microwave chocolate, milk and margarine in medium microwavable bowl on HIGH for 1 to 1-1/2 minutes, stirring every 30 sec, until chocolate is completely melted. Spread evenly in crust; refrigerate 30 min or until choclate is firm. Arrange banana slices over chocolate.

Pour milk into large bowl. Add pudding mixes. Beat with wire whisk 1 min. Let stand 5-min. Spoon over bananas in crust. Spread with whipped topping. Refrigerate 4 hours/or until set.
