CHOCOLATE ECLAIR CAKE
1 box honey graham
crackers
1 medium carton cool
whip 8-oz
2 packages instant
vanilla pudding mix
1 can chocolate
frosting
Prepare pudding mix
according to directions. Fold in cool whip. Place layer of graham crackers (not
crumbs) in oblong pan. Cover with half the pudding mixture; repeat; place third
layer of graham crackers on top. Frost with chocolate frosting. Cover and refrigerate
for 3 days before serving.
