Peaches and Cream Pie

3/4 cup flour                 1 cup sugar

1 tsp. baking power       1 sm package reg. vanilla pudding

Combine the above ingredients. Then add

1/2 cup milk      1 egg, beaten    1 tsp clear vanilla

Stir well and pour into a prepared 10" pie dish, then drain 1 large can

sliced peaches, reserving the juice. Arrange the peach slices on top of the

pudding mixture. (Pat used fresh peaches)

 Cream: 1 8oz package softened cream cheese   1/2 cup sugar

3 tbs peach juice

Pour over peaches in pan, allowing 1" space around the edge so it won't run

over.

Mix: 1 tsp cinnamon                  1 tsp sugar

Sprinkle over the cream cheese mixture.

Bake 350 for 45 min. to 1 hour until set. This is best when refrigerated and

served the next day.
