BBQ Chicken

Weight Watchers

2-lb chicken, cooked and shredded

1-cup ketchup

2/3 cup apple cider vinegar

2 Tbsp butter

2/3 cup brown sugar

4 tsp mustard

4 tsp chili powder

2 tsp lemon juice

1 tsp garlic powder

1/4 tsp hot sauce (opt)

In saucepan, cook ingredients except chicken over low heat until well blended, using wisk to stir. When blended, add chicken; cook until heated thoroughly.

1/2 cup = 3 pts.

Can serve on bread, buns or tortillas; add points accordingly
