Grilled Pork Tenderloin w/Gingered Jezebel Sauce

 

½ cup lite soy sauce

2 Tbsp dark brown sugar

2 green onions, chopped

2 Tbsp sherry

3 pounds pork tenderloins

Gingered Jezebel Sauce

Combine first four ingredients in zip-lock bag, adding pork. Seal; chill 20 minutes (or more)

 

Remove from marinade; grill pork, grill lid closed, over medium-high heat (350-400) 25 minutes or until meat thermometer inserted into thickest portion registers 155, turning once and basting with Gingered Jezebel Sauce the last 5 to 10 minutes. Let stand 10 minutes or until thermometer registers 160. Slice and serve with remaining sauce.

Gingered Jezebel Sauce

 

2/3 cup pineapple preserves

1/3 cup apple jelly

2 Tbsp prepared horseradish

1 Tbsp grated fresh ginger

Microwave preserves and jelly in a glass bowl at HIGH 2 minutes or until melted. Stir in remaining ingredients.
