Ranch Taco Chicken Salad

 

1 lb boneless skinless chicken breasts.

2 Tbsp oil                 1 Tbsp chili powder          dash cajun

1 pkg (8-oz) salad greens

1 jar (8-oz) salsa

1 cup Kraft Free Ranch Fat Free Dressing (reg is better)

1 cup Kraft 1/3 less fat natural shredded reduced fat cheddar cheese (real cheese is better)

1/2 cup crushed baked tortilla chips             Sour cream

Wash chicken breasts (five of them). Place in bowl with oil and chili powder and stirr until well coated. Grill until cooked; cut into strips. Toss with rest of ingredients in bowl . Serve in taco shells and top with sour cream and crushed chips.
