STRAWBERRY
SALAD
2 packages of strawberry jello w/nutrasweet
2 1/2 cups boiling water
1 large container frozen strawberries (unsweetened w/o syrup)
2 or 3 mashed bannanas (or diced)
1/2 chopped pecans
1/2 container coolwhip
Dissolve jello in boiling water. Stir in strawberries until thawed. Add
bananas and pecans. Mix well. Set aside one half of the mixture. Chill the
remaining half in the bowl the salad will be served in. Once firm, spread
coolwhip on the top. Pour remaining half over it, and chill until firm.
