HUNGARIAN NOODLES AND PEAS

 

2 cups fine egg noodles

1 1/2 cups sweet peas

1/2 cup chopped onion

3 tablespoons butter or margarine

2 teaspoons poppy seed

1 teaspoon salt

dash pepper

1 cup dairy sour cream

1/2 cup cottage cheese

2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese

 

Cook noodles and peas according to package directions; drain. Saute onion in margarine until tender. Gently combine noodles, peas, onions and remaining ingredients except Parmesan cheese. Cook over low heat until thoroughly heated. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. 8 servings.
