Southwest Chicken Wraps with Baja Sauce

Directions

1. Cook the Chicken

Lightly spray both sides of the chicken breasts with olive oil.

Generously season both sides with:

Cook on a preheated griddle until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F, turning once. Allow to rest for a few minutes, then slice into thin strips or bite-sized pieces.

2. Make the Baja Sauce

Mix together the softened cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, green chiles, jalapeños, garlic powder, onion powder, lime juice, salt, and pepper until smooth.

If desired, warm the sauce for 10 to 20 seconds in the microwave before serving to make it easier to spread or drizzle.

3. Assemble the Wraps

Warm the tortillas briefly.

Layer with:

  1. Baja sauce
  2. Chicken
  3. Cheese
  4. Lettuce
  5. Tomatoes
  6. Red onion
  7. Cilantro (optional)
  8. Tortilla strips for crunch (optional)

Roll tightly and serve immediately.
