    Good morning Hugh! Yes here you have:
      1kg tomato
      150 gr hard bread from yesterday
      150gr olive oil
      1 garlic
      Salt.
      
      Instructions:
      
      Peel the tomatoes well and cut them into large pieces.
      Peel the garlic cloves.
      Tear the bread into pieces and put the crust out.
      In a blender, combine the tomatoes, bread, garlic, olive oil and
      salt.
      Blend everything until you get a smooth, homogeneous cream. If
      it's too thick, you can add a little cold water.
      Taste and adjust the salt, or oil according to your preference.
      Chill in the refrigerator for at least an hour so it's very cold.
      Serve in deep bowls and garnish with chopped Iberico ham and
      hard-boiled egg if you want.
